We contacted Olivers in Feb 2023 seeking for temporary cover whilst recruiting, not having had any previous experience in arranging temps. The role was still being defined, having been vacant for some time and covered by volunteers. After some friendly and incredibly helpful discussions on the phone, Emma was quickly able to source someone who was perfect for our needs. Furthermore, when it became clear that the individual would actually be able and willing to take on the role full-time, the process of sorting that out was also quick, friendly and simple.

Sheerness Jobcentre have worked with Olivers for several years now, Emma and the team have been fully committed to bringing their vacancies to the Sheppey/Swale community.

With regards to local engagement, the team have participated in our large jobs fairs, smaller on site events and supported targeted initiatives for our customers 50+ and for our customers aged 18-24. Their rolling induction days have had a key impact on local into work figures with Olivers attending the jobcentre almost every month and having positive outcomes on each occasion.
