Why work with Olivers?

We’re not like any other recruitment agencies that you’ve tried.
For every job vacancy, we take the time to look beyond the job specification. We go the extra mile to review your company values and requirements so you not only do you get a recruit that right for the job role, but right for your team.
We contacted Olivers seeking for temporary cover whilst recruiting, not having had any experience in arranging temps. The role was still being defined, having been vacant for some time and covered by volunteers. After some friendly and incredibly helpful discussions on the phone, Emma was quickly able to source someone who was perfect for our needs. Furthermore, when it became clear that the individual would actually be able and willing to take on the role full-time, the process of sorting that out was also quick, friendly and simple.
Great rates, a positive and proactive commitment to welfare of workers and supporting employers in a wide range of areas. With other offerings including organising training, short-cover workers, they're an excellent resource for any small business, especially with such a network of contacts in and around Sheppey.

"Having worked for Olivers long ago and knowing Emma and the team it was a no brainer to go to them for assistance in labour provision. Olivers are friendly, proactive and really care about the staff they are providing.
They've always been quick to respond to requests and facilitate changes. I'm sure we aren't the biggest client but we have always had excellent customer service and would recommend Olivers to anyone looking for staff or training

There are so many wonderful and positive experiences working with Oliver's and Emma plus the team. The flexibility to meet a clients needs has been effectively delivered, the collaborative working relationship for me was a pleasure. (Even when the topic may have been a hot potato!) The ethos, attitude and conduct of Emma and the team at Oliver's never disappointed and was refreshing to work with values reflective of honesty, integrity and courtesy. Throughly recommended Oliver's Personnel Services.

When you work for olivers you are treated fair and you are looked after, you can always go and talk to them if there's a problem or you just want a chat. Working for a family run company is great because they have a understanding that sometimes things can happen in life and they as a company they are completely understanding of that. I've worked for olivers for years and have enjoyed my time with a great company and a even better boss Emma

Management is kind and understanding, they train you up no matter where your skill set begins. The shifts can be dull but that is to be expected. Most people are friendly, although there is a lot of hazards on site.

A variety of roles offered, with plenty of opportunity for advancement and training. Resource Allocation Team very approachable and will do their best to allocate you to work that is both suitable for your skills and suited to your lifestyle. If you make yourself available for work regularly then there is plenty of work available.
Being unreliable can limit your hours and opportunities for training but this is understandable.
